Creative Project Manager

Industry: Telecommunications

Location: Philadelphia, PA (100% onsite, 5 days a week)

Duration: 6-month contract

Pay rate: $34-$37/hr

We’re looking for a freelance Creative Project Manager to help bring marketing and advertising initiatives to life in our retail channel. In this role, you’ll partner closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to manage projects from initial concept through launch, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and at the highest quality.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and has experience working alongside creative teams in an agency setting.

Core Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects, from kickoff and planning through execution and final delivery.

•Build and maintain detailed project timelines, track milestones, and ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with business goals.

•Partner closely with creative, account, marketing and production teams to bring campaigns and marketing initiatives to life in our retail stores.

•Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources, including resource planning, to ensure the right talent is assigned to each project.

•Communicate project status, risks, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

•Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and creative reviews to keep teams aligned and moving forward.

•Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.

•Ensure project deliverables meet brand standards, creative expectations, and retail marketing objectives.

What You Bring

•Project management experience managing creative or marketing projects from concept through delivery.

•Prior experience working at an advertising or creative agency, partnering with creative teams.

•Strong ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

•Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and functions.

•Experience building and managing project timelines, workflows, and milestones.

•Understanding of end-to-end process for print and OOH. Digital is a nice to have.

•Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining strong attention to detail.

•Comfort working with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, production, and resource planning.

The salary range for this position is $34/hr to $37/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
