Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on creative leader to shape and elevate our brand across every customer touchpoint. This role leads the development of compelling visual storytelling, cohesive brand identity, and engaging retail and digital experiences that differentiate the brand in a competitive marketplace.

As a key partner, this leader will guide creative strategy, streamline production workflows, and ensure every piece of content—from in-store signage to digital campaigns—delivers a consistent and memorable brand experience.

  • Lead internal creative teams and external agency partners to deliver compelling, high-impact creative that strengthens brand differentiation.
  • Define and guide the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing, retail, and digital touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand strategy and resonate with target audiences.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to support integrated campaigns across video, print, digital, social media, email, and emerging channels.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive library of brand assets including logos, typography, imagery, and design systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, merchandising, store operations, and space planning—to create engaging retail and in-store brand experiences.
  • Lead creative development for product packaging, private brands, and marketing collateral across multiple media formats.
  • Design impactful visuals for digital platforms including websites, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Establish and optimize workflows that streamline the production of marketing collateral and improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Partner with marketing, merchandising, and vendor teams to gather content, pricing, imagery, and assets needed to deliver accurate, on-time marketing materials.
