A real estate investment company is looking to hire a  A+ caliber Transaction Coordinator or title professional to join our team. If you enjoy real estate and working in a fast-paced deal environment, this will be a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the transaction process from contract to closing real estate deals.
• Coordinate with title companies, buyers, sellers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely closings.
• Maintain consistent communication with all parties involved throughout the transaction.
• Identify and resolve title or transaction issues efficiently to keep deals moving forward.
• Ensure all documents, contracts, and timelines are accurate, organized, and on track prior to closing.

Requirements :

• 2+ years’ prior Transaction Coordination experience in real estate or title company experience
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Highly organized and process-oriented.
• Independent, responsive, and detail-focused.
• Team player, coachable, and committed to excellence. You thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
