Job Title: Technician II

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Possible extension)

Location: Morrisville, NC 27560

Shift M-F 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay Rate : $18-19/hr on W2

The Technician II is responsible for the manufacturing of oligonucleotide products from raw materials to a packaged, finished good. This position reports to the Desalt Value Stream and is part of the Manufacturing team located in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Utilize proprietary synthesizing machines to manufacture custom DNA
• Shepherd products through QC processes
• Package and verify final products
• The essential requirements of the job include:
• A high school diploma or GED or equivalent
• A strong work ethic
• Strong interpersonal skills

What we'll get you doing:

• Review, monitor, and collect on Customer accounts to hit working capital and collections targets for the organization.
• Review orders in suspense and investigate if they need to remain on hold or need to be released to the customer.
• Answer and address customer requests promptly (via email or phone) regarding their accounts.
• Send Invoices to Customers (through automated program) and create credits and rebills at the request of Customer Service.
• Initiate Contact with customers to collect on past due accounts. Perform additional finance duties as needed such as creating Intracompany billing, closing modules, and any additional reporting needed for management.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience :

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Experience with Excel (VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables) and MS Outlook.
• Team player and the ability to work collaboratively across the business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail; is committed to excellence and understands how daily work impacts the customer
