Spur Logistics LLC is a fast-growing delivery service provider (DSP) specializing in last-mile logistics operations. We partner with Amazon to deliver packages efficiently, safely, and on time. Our team is focused on operational excellence, driver support, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Spur Logistics is seeking a motivated and driven Summer Operations Intern to join our team full-time. The Operations Intern will support the daily execution of a high-volume delivery operation within an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP). This role focuses on logistics coordination, driver support, performance tracking, and fleet management to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time package delivery.

• Support daily dispatch operations, including route readiness, driver check-in, and load-out coordination
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (delivery times, safety, efficiency)
• Assist with driver support, communication, and issue resolution
• Participate in recruiting efforts, including job fairs and onboarding coordination
• Assist with fleet management, including monitoring vehicle availability, coordinating maintenance, tracking downtime, and ensuring vehicles meet Amazon compliance standards
• Conduct vehicle audits and help ensure vans are clean, fueled, and delivery-ready
• Contribute to special projects and operational expansion efforts

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
