House Manager / Butler – UHNW Private Residence

Location: Palm Beach, FL

Schedule: Full-Time | Flexibility Required (including weekends/events)

Overview

A UHNW family is seeking a polished, hands-on Houseman / Butler to support the day-to-day operations of a luxury residence. This role requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to ensure the home is consistently maintained to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable supporting both formal and informal household environments.

Key Responsibilities

Household & Property Support

• Maintain interior and exterior areas to pristine, guest-ready standards
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Assist with light maintenance, organization, and overall property upkeep
• Support coordination with vendors, contractors, and service providers

Butler & Service Responsibilities

• Provide formal and informal service, including meal service and guest support
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and in-service execution
• Ensure all living and entertaining spaces are prepared to the highest standards

Logistics & Daily Operations

• Handle errands, deliveries, and general household requests
• Provide driving support for principals as needed
• Assist with luggage, packing/unpacking, and household organization
• Maintain storage areas, supplies, and inventory

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a private home, estate, or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong understanding of household operations and service standards
• Experience with formal service preferred
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Discreet, professional, and comfortable in UHNW settings
• Valid driver’s license required
