David Lee Law, APC is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to support our employment/labor litigation practice. We represent employees throughout California for discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination.
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with drafting complaints (lawsuits) and other litigation filings
• Supporting depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
• Client intakes and scheduling
Requirements:
• Strong Writing Skills, Problem Solver and Reliable
Compensation:
• $20–$24/hour DOE
