Onsite Expectation: Initially onsite 100%, potential for one day remote in the future

• 1st: Phone Screen w/ CIO
• 2nd: Panel w/ leadership
• 3rd: If local, onsite

Job Scope/Requirements:

• Must have experience with cloud technologies and understand related processes.
• Strong understanding of networking and how those areas operate.
• The organization is an SD-WAN solutions shop.
• The candidate does not need to be an expert but must understand what SD-WAN is and its capabilities.
• Seeking someone who does not want to manage hardware or maintain a data center, as the organization is migrating all applications to the cloud.
• Located in a hurricane-prone area. Must understand disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Experience with Azure Entra is important, including a solid understanding of its capabilities.
• Microsoft’s cloud-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) service.
• The organization is now operating in an Azure Virtual Desktop environment and is new to it (first 200–300 devices recently deployed).
• Transitioning to a virtual environment.
• Live on Epic for 12 years - must have prior experience working in an Epic environment.

• Three managers report directly to this Director:
• Help Desk Manager
• Technical Manager (over System Operations, Network, and Cybersecurity)
• Telecom Manager (over all phone systems)
