Role Description

This is a part-time, seasonal, on-site role for a Team Member located in Lakeland, FL. The Team Member will assist in creating a positive and engaging environment for students. Responsibilities include running games, managing different rooms, child supervision, and other necessary tasks involving the children. Additional tasks may involve cleaning, chaperoning on field trips, and any other tasks to assist management. This seasonal role would be for spring break (March 16th to March 20th) and summer camp (May 29th to August 7th).

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
• Must be 18 years old
• Experience in teaching or mentoring, with a focus on working with children and youth
• Organizational and multitasking skills to support activities, events, and the daily operations
• Familiarity with martial arts or a passion for physical fitness and education is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to the workplace culture
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming environment
• Any prior experience in recreational, sports, or educational programs is beneficial
