Are you a high-level communications strategist looking to pivot your career toward a mission that matters? Randstad has partnered with a prominent faith-based organization in Central Kentucky to find a Director of Communications.
This is a premier leadership role for a sophisticated communicator who excels at the intersection of media relations, crisis management, and creative storytelling. You will serve as the primary architect of the organization's public voice across 50 counties, acting as a key advisor to executive leadership and the "face" of the organization to the media. This is a permanent full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Media & Crisis Management: Act as the primary spokesperson; draft press releases and handle sensitive issues with poise and discretion.
- Executive Storytelling: Serve as Editor for the flagship print publication (10 issues/year) and oversee all digital platforms (Web, Social, E-news).
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across all internal and external channels.
- Leadership: Supervise the Communications Coordinator and manage the departmental budget.
