Role Description:

This is a full time, on site role located in Crosby, TX. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to excellence. You will work closely with our supportive team of professionals to ensure that our guests have unforgettable service experiences. Your leadership skills will inspire and motivate our team to deliver exceptional service and uphold our core values of Love, Hospitality, Help and Faithfulness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of Love, Hospitality, Help, and Faithfulness
  • Ensure that our guests receive outstanding service and have an exceptional service experience
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to achieve sales targets and increase customer satisfaction
  • Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety throughout the restaurant
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies, and monitoring stock levels
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  • Continuously strive to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for optimization and implementing appropriate solutions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a management position, does not have to be restaurant related
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
  • A Servant's Heart
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively manage the various channels of communication with internal team and customers
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Experience developing others
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, service oriented environment
  • High School Diploma required, Food Manager's Certification required within 30 days of being hired, Post Secondary Education is a plus
