The Military Division of Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for an on-site Winding Assembler in their new Charlotte NC manufacturing facility.
This global organization is a pioneer in the design and production of technologically advanced equipment for energy & power systems.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience assembling winding blocks for medium to large power transformers is required. As a Winding Assembler, you must be able to obtain and maintain Forklift License, a Critical Lift level crane license and certification for working in heights.
Compensation: $34.74/hour + relocation package
What You Will Do :
Responsible for the final finishing, assembly, inspection, and documentation of transformer winding blocks, working directly from technical drawings and manufacturing standards. Will support the training and development of new team members.
