We are partnering with a fantastic district in Essex County, MA, to hire a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2025–2026 school year.

This role offers a flexible weekly schedule and the chance to make a meaningful impact by delivering speech and language therapy services to students of all ages. You'll work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success throughout the academic year.

Position Details:

• Location: Essex County, MA - In-person

Responsibilities :

• Provide therapy services to students of all ages to support their speech, language, and communication needs in an academic setting.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and track progress.
• Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates may be considered.
• License through the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE).
• Speech Language Pathology License in the state of Massachusetts.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
