Salary: $86,800 - 165,200 per year Requirements:

• We require a STEM degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related discipline with at least 3 years of experience.
• We need strong C++ software development experience in Linux environments.
• We require hands-on experience with networking concepts and protocols.
• We need experience with object-oriented analysis and design.
• We require the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• We require U.S. citizenship, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Preferred candidates will bring real-time software development experience.
• Preferred candidates will have experience with developer tools such as Git, CMake, GoogleTest, gdb, profilers, Jenkins, and UML.
• Preferred candidates will have scripting experience with Python, shell, or bash.
• Preferred candidates will have experience working in Agile environments, especially Scrum.
• Preferred candidates will have exposure to DPDK.
• Preferred candidates will have experience with numerical libraries such as MKL, FFTW, BLAS, LAPACK, and ARM PL.
• Preferred candidates will have experience with DDS.
• Preferred candidates will have experience with C++11 or newer.
• Preferred candidates will have experience with Linux device drivers.
• Preferred candidates will have experience developing GPU software with Nvidia CUDA.
• Preferred candidates will have radar or DSP knowledge.

• We code, test, and integrate C++ real-time signal processing algorithms or control functions for sensor systems on Linux.
• We resolve defects and maintain or update existing codebases.
• We analyze numerical precision and runtime latency.
• We partner with systems, hardware, and other software engineers to understand and implement end-user needs.
• We uphold strong code quality through code reviews, static analysis, and continuous integration support.
• We work primarily onsite in Marlborough, MA on first shift.
