We specialize in flat-fee Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, and related services for individuals, families, and small businesses in Florida. Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Professional Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will act as the second point of contact for prospective clients after they have gone through the intake process, conducting consultative conversations to understand their estate planning, probate, elder law, or Medicaid needs. You will guide them toward the right flat-fee solutions in a caring, trustworthy, and non-salesy manner.

One thing to understand is that, as a law firm, we are not able to reach out directly to the public, unsolicited. For you, this means that there are NO COLD CALLS.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage your calendar of scheduled leads to ensure enough time for your consultations as well as keeping up with your notes in the CRM. (We understand that you as a sales person may not love all of the admin that goes along with sales, but in a law firm, it is vital).
  • Work with your intake team to make sure that consults being scheduled are qualified properly.
  • Manage your follow ups to answer any additional questions that clients may have and cultivate new opportunities to close the deal.
  • Conduct friendly, consultative consultations (phone, virtual, or in-office) to uncover clients’ legal needs, concerns, and goals.
  • Clearly explain atCAUSE’s flat-fee services in simple, relatable terms and recommend tailored solutions that provide real value and peace of mind.
  • Collaborate closely with our attorneys and support team to ensure accurate service recommendations and smooth handoffs.
  • Manage the full sales process after intake through needs assessment, proposal presentation, objection handling, and closing.
  • Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity in our CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new client acquisition targets.
  • Participate in trainings to grow your knowledge of our practice areas and how you can use that training to communicate more effectively with prospects.
  • Generate referrals by delivering exceptional client experiences that reflect our “Non-Stuffy” culture.

Who you are

  • 2–5+ years of proven success in consultative sales, professional services, insurance, financial planning, or elder care-related fields. Having done so in a law firm environment would be a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in clear, everyday language that puts people at ease.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with being expected to hit sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems (we use Zoho) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with estate planning, probate, or elder law is a strong plus, but a willingness to learn quickly is equally valued.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Plus Bonuses: On target earnings would put a successful candidate between $120,000 - $150,000+ per year.
