TIDE Property Management is growing, and we’re looking for a sharp, kind, highly accountable Property Manager to grow with us.
This is not a job where you sit behind a desk, answer emails, and pass problems to someone else.
You’ll run a portfolio of homes. You’ll build relationships with owners and residents. You’ll solve real problems. You’ll protect valuable assets. And you’ll play a direct role in helping people find housing they love.

What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll be the person owners trust to care for their investment and residents trust to manage their home.
That means:
You won’t be expected to know everything on day one.
But you will be expected to care, communicate, follow through, and take ownership.

What We’re Looking For
Property management experience is helpful, but it is not the only thing that matters.
We care just as much about whether you are:
Experience with AppFolio, residential property management, leasing, maintenance coordination, or real estate is a plus.

Compensation:$75,000 per year
