Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Assembler to join our team. This role involves hands-on assembly of electronic components, including cable assembly, point-to-point wiring, PCB population, and final product assembly. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes pride in precision work, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities and Skills

  • Cable assembly and hand wiring
  • PCB stuffing and electronic assembly
  • Strong soldering skills and experience with precision electronics
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and written instructions
  • Experience using soldering irons, small hand tools, and light power tools
  • Familiarity with point-to-point wiring
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Inspect and test assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain accurate production records and logs
  • Communicate effectively with team members
