Personal Assistant (Home & Lifestyle Operations)

Minneapolis, MN | Part-Time (25–30 hrs/week) | $25–$40/hr

⚠️ This is NOT a typical Personal Assistant role

This is for someone who runs life behind the scenes , not someone who waits for instructions.

We’re looking for a proactive, high-trust Personal Assistant who:

  • Anticipates needs before they’re spoken
  • Takes ownership of daily life logistics
  • Creates calm, structure, and flow in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Be Supporting

You’ll work closely with a high-performing entrepreneur and her partner, supporting both:

  • Their home environment
  • Their day-to-day personal logistics

This includes a real, lived-in home with pets, meals, hosting, and occasional travel.

This role requires discretion, initiative, and reliability at all times.

What a Great Week Looks Like

Without needing direction, you:

  • Keep the home reset, clean, and organized daily
  • Prep meals so food is ready without effort
  • Handle groceries, errands, and returns efficiently
  • Keep everything stocked before it runs out
  • Prepare the home for guests or Airbnb stays
  • Step in to support last-minute needs with ease

What You’ll Own

Personal & Household Operations

  • Managing the daily flow of the home
  • Laundry, linens, tidying, and organization
  • Pet care routines

Meal Prep & Kitchen Management

  • Weekly meal prep and fridge organization
  • Keeping the kitchen clean, stocked, and efficient

Errands & Life Logistics

  • Groceries, pickups, returns
  • Vendor coordination (as needed)
  • Anticipating needs ahead of time

Home & Guest Readiness

  • Preparing for guests and gatherings
  • Managing Airbnb turnovers
  • Keeping the home consistently “ready”

Light Executive Support (Occasional)

  • Travel prep
  • Event-related errands
  • One-off personal tasks
