Job Description

We are seeking a highly proactive and perceptive individual to serve as a Personal Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, “boots-on-the-ground” environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on call, anticipates needs without direction, and takes pride in keeping both professional and personal priorities running seamlessly. Duties (including but not limited to):

  • Manage and coordinate both personal and professional calendars, including sending reminders and ensuring the CEO stays on schedule
  • Provide hands-on daily support such as preparing the office, getting lunch, running errands, and handling personal shopping needs
  • Serve as a point of coordination for household matters, including working with household staff and managing family-related tasks (e.g., gifts, scheduling)
  • Arrange travel logistics and make real-time adjustments to plans and calendars as needed
  • Ensure timely communication of appointments through texts, notes, and in-person follow-ups

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant at the Executive Level
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs with minimal direction
  • Comfortable working in an on-call, fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both professional and household teams
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential personal and business matters
