Brewery Production Manager to lead our pack of wild dogs in all aspects of production. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day brewery operations while building systems that support long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all day-to-day brewing, cellar, and packaging operations to ensure the highest quality and consistency in every beer
  • Oversee scheduling, production planning, and workflow across all production areas
  • Manage, mentor, and train production staff, fostering career growth and a strong team culture
  • Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and visitors by following safety procedures, training, and corrective actions
  • Ensure adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures while continuously improving them
  • Work with Quality Control / Quality Assurance to troubleshoot production issues and maintain high standards
  • Develop and monitor performance and productivity metrics for production team
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed
  • Embody company core values and help drive the overall vision of the brewery

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of production brewing or brewery operations experience (preferred)
  • Experience managing, training, and motivating teams
  • Strong understanding of brewing science, cellar operations, and packaging systems
  • Experience with production planning, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to Positively Adapt in a fast-paced, evolving production environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a passion for craft beer and continuous improvement
