Role Description
We are seeking an Operations & Client Onboarding Specialist for a hybrid role located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area with flexibility for remote work. This position can be either full-time or part-time, depending on candidate preference. The Specialist will be responsible for effectively managing client onboarding processes, supporting operational workflows, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the firm. Tasks include coordinating documentation and compliance for new clients, facilitating communication between teams, and assisting with project management to ensure operational success.
