About the Role:
We are supporting a defense and aerospace manufacturing environment seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III to drive process development, production optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role focuses on electronic assembly manufacturing, MES systems, and process engineering , working closely with cross-functional teams across design, production, and quality .
The ideal candidate brings experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing, PFMEA, and work instruction development , along with strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and MES platforms.
