We’re looking for dedicated Machine Operators and General Laborers to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with modern equipment and play a key part in keeping our production lines running efficiently. Your contributions will help bring our products from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do:

As a Machine Operator at Sandridge Crafted Foods

, you’ll play a key role in bringing our products to life. From soups and salads to ready-to-eat favorites, you’ll help keep production moving safely, efficiently, and with quality at the center of everything you do.

In this role, you will:

• Set up, operate, and monitor food production equipment including mixers, fillers, packaging machines, and processing systems
• Keep production running smoothly by making adjustments, troubleshooting minor issues, and escalating concerns when needed
• Ensure products consistently meet company standards for quality, food safety, and accuracy
• Perform routine equipment checks and partner with maintenance teams to minimize downtime
• Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work environment
• Accurately complete production paperwork, checks, and documentation
• Work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where reliability and teamwork matter

What We’re Looking For:

• A go-getter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting or food manufacturing experience is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required, and the ability to follow verbal and written work instructions
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or industrial setting is awesome, but not required — we’ll train the right person
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment (lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods)
• Basic mechanical skills and a knack for solving problems
• Ability to follow directions and take pride in doing the job right
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when needed
