Licensed Massage Therapist

Stillpoint Within is a small, intentional practice nestled inside The Healing Co in Denver.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who is passionate about their craft and anchored in why they do this work. Beyond skill, we care about presence - how you hold space, how you show up for clients over time, and how you think about your own growth as a practitioner.

• Reliable, consistent, and self-directed with your schedule
• Invested in long-term client relationships, not just individual sessions
• Comfortable with the business side - rebooking, retention, visibility
• At ease contributing to the studio's presence online and in the community
• Experience with slow, intentional, nervous system oriented work
• Familiarity with modalities such as craniosacral therapy, myofasical work, face / intra-oral, abdominal work (or willingness to train)
• Strong ability to guide clients into body awareness

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Colorado massage therapy license
• Current professional liability insurance
• Strong communication skills and a genuine investment in client experience
• 1+ year of experience is helpful, but the right fit is what I'm aiming for

COMPENSATION + CONTRACT

Starting commission: 40% + tips. At 40% commission plus average gratuity, therapists typically earn the equivalent of $70–81 per hands-on hour, depending on session length and tips.

This position begins with a 6 month contract, allowing both of us to establish a strong working rhythm and ensure alignment. At the end of that period, there is opportunity to renew into a longer-term agreement with increased compensation, based on performance, consistency, and mutual fit.

This is an independent contractor position. You are responsible for your own insurance and taxes.
