About the Role

The Part-Time Legal Student Clerk provides administrative and legal-type support to the Legal Department, assisting with document management, data entry, and departmental projects while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

What You'll Do

• Provide administrative and legal-type support for the team members in the Legal Department.

• Perform data entry, scanning and other miscellaneous clerical tasks.
• Organize electronic legal files.
• Assist with special projects.
• Assist with document preparation.
• Assist with time-sensitive projects requiring attention to deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of decorum and professionalism.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited university (sophomore, junior or senior).
• Prefer a student currently enrolled in legal/law or business-type program.
• Experience in an office environment preferred.
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Communicates effectively (written and verbal).
• Interest in legal, business, real estate, construction, or finance
