General Description

As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an IT Specialist who will be supporting the operation and continuous improvement of our enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM for the European region. In this position the focus will be on supporting business users, configuring and maintaining application functionality and coordinating with the HQ IT and development teams. This role will initially focus on maintaining and configuring the company’s CRM system (currently built on Microsoft Dynamics 365), with scope to support additional applications over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for EU business users regarding to our operating systems (Dynamic 365, SAP, contract management, etc.)
  • Provide day‑to‑day support for user queries, incidents, and minor change requests
  • Understand EU business processes and how they are supported by our systems
  • Manage user access rights, security settings, and privileges to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Serve as the communication liaison within IT and between IT and the business for releases, outages and critical business impacting situations ensuring that communications are timely, accurate and relevant
  • Collect and document business requirements from EU stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
  • Coordinate requirement clarification and solution design with HQ IT and development teams in China
  • Perform basic to intermediate configuration in Dynamics 365
  • Support CRM and SDS implementation and enhancement projects in the EU
  • Participate in testing activities (UAT, regression testing)
  • Support system releases, data validation, and rollout activities
  • Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, policies and procedures
  • Continuously build knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SAP and internal systems
  • Gradually take on increased responsibility and system ownership as experience grows

Qualifications and Skills

  • University or bachelor’s degree in information technology
  • 3-5 years of experience as an application analyst in consumer electronics, retail, e‑commerce and bike industry in Europe
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, knowledge of any other European languages or Chinese is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills with complex enterprise systems
  • Hands‑on experience with system configuration or functional support
  • Ability to learn and utilize new applications and software systems effectively and efficiently.
  • Experience working with business users to understand and document requirements
  • Work authorisation: You must already have the right to work in the Netherlands
