Job Description: 

We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and flexible team members to join us as Food Service Workers and Dishwashers. This role focuses on kitchen support, basic food service tasks, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. You may assist with preparing workstations, portioning items, stocking supplies, or handling dishwashing and sanitation duties—helping to keep operations running smoothly from start to finish. 

The ideal candidate is dependable, coachable, quality-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Arrive on time and ready to work at assigned sites 
  2. Assist with portioning, plating, and setting up workstations 
  3. Operate dishwashers or wash items by hand; put away clean dishes and equipment Sweep, mop, sanitize surfaces, and remove trash as needed 
  4. Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and rotation 
  5. Follow all nutrition, safety, and sanitation guidelines 
  6. Perform other kitchen duties as assigned 

Qualifications & Skills: 

  1. Proven experience in food service & dishwashing 
  2. Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation practices 
  3. Ability to work well in a team and stay positive under pressure 
  4. Strong attention to detail and time management 
  5. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs 
  6. Must be at least 18 years old

Must have: 

  1. Up-to-date Hepatitis A vaccination records 
  2. Valid driver’s license 
  3. Reliable transportation (public transit is not considered reliable) 
  4. Working cellphone with cellular service
