Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Echo Tech / Vascular Ultrasound Tech to join a fast-paced clinical team. This role requires strong expertise in both echocardiography and vascular ultrasound, with the ability to independently perform a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures. Candidates must be fully proficient, as this position requires minimal supervision and no additional training.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiography procedures including Adult Echo, Contrast Echo, and Stress Echocardiograms (Treadmill)
• Conduct vascular ultrasound studies including arterial and venous imaging
• Perform general ultrasound exams such as abdominal, OB/fetal, breast, and transvaginal scans
• Ensure high-quality imaging while maintaining patient safety and comfort
• Accurately document findings using EPIC charting system
• Prepare and maintain ultrasound equipment and procedure rooms
• Collaborate with radiology and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care
• Assist in training or precepting staff when needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Echo/Vascular Ultrasound experience required
• Must have both echocardiography and vascular ultrasound experience (mandatory)
• Active State or Compact License required at time of submission
• Required certifications: BLS, ARDMS (including RVT) or CCI/RDCS
• Strong proficiency in adult echocardiography, vascular imaging, and general ultrasound procedures
• Experience with EPIC charting system required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with minimal supervision

Important Details:

• 13-week contract position (extensions available)
• Shift is 3 x 11.5-hour shifts (7:30 AM – 8:00 PM), 34.5 hrs/week
• Location is Plainview, TX 79072
• Pay Range for Travelers: $2,800 - $2,840 per week
