ST1 Sports is a nationwide supplier of athletic equipment and custom apparel for K–12 schools and youth sports organizations. Based in Colorado Springs, CO, we carry 20+ top brands — including Wilson, DeMarini, Louisville Slugger, EvoShield, Diamond, Molten, Gill Athletics, Blazer, and FinishLynx — serving coaches, athletic directors, and club administrators across the country.
We're growing fast and looking for hungry, self-directed sales reps who want to build a real book of business in a market they already know and love.
The Role
As a Commission Sales Representative, you'll build and own relationships with high school athletic departments and youth sports clubs in your region. You'll source deals, run quotes, and close sales — with full back-office support from the ST1 team on ordering, fulfillment, and custom apparel production.
This is an independent contractor role. You work your own schedule. There is no salary or draw — your income is a direct reflection of the deals you close.
Compensation

| Team Store Bonus | $150 flat per store after a store grosses $250 |
| No Cap | Unlimited earnings |
Commission is calculated on net profit (revenue minus product cost and freight). Payouts are processed monthly on closed, invoiced orders. Team Store commissions are paid after $2,500 is grossed by the store.
What You'll Do
Prospect and build relationships with high school athletic directors, coaches, and booster clubs in your territory
Target your specific sport like youth baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball, track & field, and football clubs
Present ST1's product catalog and custom apparel capabilities to decision-makers
Submit quotes and work with the ST1 back office to close and fulfill orders
Set up and promote custom online team stores for schools and clubs
Represent ST1 at local tournaments, games, and sporting events as appropriate
Track your pipeline and activity in our CRM (training provided)
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in youth or high school sports (coach, parent, administrator, or player) — you understand the buying cycle
Sales experience preferred, but passion and hustle matter more
Existing relationships with ADs, coaches, or club directors is a major plus
Self-motivated with the discipline to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Comfortable with email outreach, phone calls, and in-person visits
Reliable transportation and ability to attend local events and school visits
