We are seeking a highly analytical, detail‑oriented intern to support our major business and program operations, data management, and account tracking. This role is ideal for a senior undergraduate or graduate student who is interested in data analysis, process mapping, forecasting, and cross‑functional program coordination. This role involves handling sensitive commercial information, so NDAs and strict confidentiality are required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize key operational and financial data, and support overall data analysis & tracking
• Map and improve core operational processes
• Support monthly reporting & create forecasting visuals/dashboards
• Coordinate cross‑functional meetings, track key project documents and agreements through a centralized drive
• Assist account managers with tracking deliverables timelines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an MBA or Business School program
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel & PowerBi; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

Desired Experience Level

• Prior exposure to business operations, data analysis, program management, or process development (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic understanding of business processes and sales principles.
