Valley Ridge is hiring a beverage cart attendant! Do you love golf? Have experience on beverage carts? Apply directly by emailing valleyridgeresort@gmail.com

The beverage carts run Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings and all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Some weekend availability required.

Ideally looking for someone who is social media savvy and willing to take some pictures and post on our pages while on the course.

Duties

Operate the beverage cart efficiently along designated course routes, serving drinks, snacks, and light food items to golfers.
Manage cash handling and POS transactions using Toast handheld devices.
Upsell additional items such as premium beverages or snacks to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cart, ensuring all food safety standards are met during food preparation and service.
Restock supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs for replenishment.
Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service while promoting food and beverage offerings.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed, including assembling snack packs or preparing simple beverages in compliance with sanitation guidelines.

Skills

Proven experience in food service, retail math, cashiering, or quick service environments.
Familiarity with POS systems.
Strong time management skills to navigate course routes swiftly while maintaining quality service.
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to upsell products confidently.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing inventory counts.
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while staying energetic and attentive to guest needs.
