Junior Project Associate

Full-Time | Flexible 30–40 Hours Per Week |Position Overview

VisComm Products a JRA portfolio company is seeking a highly organized and motivated Junior Project Associate to support active commercial projects and bid activity across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing and project-driven environment, enjoys juggling multiple initiatives, and wants to grow into quoting, bidding, and project coordination responsibilities.

The right candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional follow-through, and the ability to keep projects moving by maintaining consistent stakeholder contact. This position works closely with the Project Manager and Operations Manager to ensure accurate tracking, coordination, and execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Track status of active projects and commercial bids

· Provide continuous follow-up with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders

· Support relationship building with customers and partners

· Maintain project tracking systems (Smartsheets & Excel)

· Assist with quoting and bid preparation for commercial jobs

· Coordinate communication between Project Manager and Operations Manager

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Maintain organized documentation and reporting

Qualifications

· Excellent phone and communication skills

· Strong relationship-building abilities

· Ability to juggle multiple projects at once

· Detail-oriented and highly organized

· Comfortable using Smartsheets and Excel

· Interest in learning how to quote and bid commercial projects

· Proactive, self-starter mindset
