Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in the operating room. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient care. Contribute to achieving departmental performance targets and goals. Maintain accurate records of anesthesia administration and patient responses. Evaluate and troubleshoot anesthesia equipment as needed. Communicate effectively with patients regarding anesthesia procedures. Assist in the training and onboarding of new anesthesia staff. Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the anesthesia department. Assist in inventory management of anesthesia supplies. Experience/Qualifications Experience in anesthesia technology or related healthcare field. Ability to monitor and interpret patient vital signs effectively. Strong understanding of anesthesia equipment and its maintenance. Familiarity with safety and hygiene standards in healthcare. Commitment to continuous education and professional development. Excellent communication skills with patients and surgical teams. Proficient in maintaining accurate records and documentation. Ability to assist in training and mentoring new staff members. Experience in inventory management of medical supplies. Willingness to participate in quality improvement initiatives. What's in it for you?
