Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to the CM Precon Executive Assistant, as well as the Preconstruction Team members as needed
  • Assist in setting up teleconferences, events, and travel
  • Provide support for other corporate events, as needed
  • Manage catering needs
  • Send and receive mail, documents, and packages
  • Assist with setting up internal/external staff and client meetings, and preparation of
  • Assist in document control (physical and electronic)
  • Agendas and meeting materials
  • Answer all Preconstruction phone inquiries and emails sent to the main office
  • Orders Office Supplies and maintains supply room and copy machine, as needed
  • Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates a positive and high-energy attitude
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft 365
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Bluebeam, PowerPoint and Procore, a plus
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate well with all team members including field staff and upper management
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
